Return & Exchange Policy

At OoLaLa Jewels, your satisfaction means the world to us. We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces. Please take a moment to review our updated policy before completing your purchase.

Store Credits
We offer store credits within 7 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a store credit:
  • You must provide a valid receipt.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and wrapping, unused and unworn.
  • All store credit requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
  • OoLaLa Jewels reserves the right to deny any store credit if the item does not meet our quality and condition standards.
  • We do not allow for refunds on any orders.
  • Exchanges & Store Credit
  • If you're not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges or store credit within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are only available for defective items.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Items returned after 10 days will not be accepted.
  • Returned items will be inspected prior to approval. Store credit or exchange will be processed if approved.
  • Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable.
  • Merchandise must be returned in original condition, including OoLaLa Jewels packaging.
  • Preorders & Custom Orders
  • Preorder jewelry is considered custom and is final sale.
  • Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • For all custom work, 50% of the total payment is required up front, and all custom orders are FINAL SALE.
  • Any product that includes engraving, embossing, personalization (initials, birthstones, lettering), special sizing, or color requests not listed as available online is considered a custom order.
  • Rings & Sizing
  • Due to size variation, all rings ordered online are special orders.
  • If a ring is exchanged or canceled while still in production, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • Return Process

    To ensure safe and insured delivery of your return:

  • Place your item and completed exchange form in a secure shipping box.
  • Attach the prepaid return label provided by OoLaLa Jewels.
  • Drop the package at a designated UPS location.
  • For domestic orders, shipping fees apply for new items under $500.
  • For international orders, return and re-shipping fees apply.
  • Please Note:
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or resizing will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
  • If your package is returned to us for any reason (e.g., incorrect address, refused delivery), you will be charged for re-shipping.
